What does Heritage Turnkey do?
Heritage Turnkey Projects Contracting L.L.C is a German-led renovation and interior fit-out company in Dubai. We deliver turnkey villa, apartment and office renovations — design, approvals, MEP, joinery, finishes and furnishing — under one contract.
Which areas do you work in?
We work across all of Dubai and take on selected projects elsewhere in the UAE.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. The first consultation and site visit are free. After the visit we prepare an itemised quotation and a realistic timeline.
How long does a renovation take?
As a guide, 8–14 weeks for a full apartment, 12–24 weeks for a villa and 6–12 weeks for an office after approvals. Your exact programme is fixed before work starts.
Do you handle permits and building approvals?
Yes. We prepare drawings, submit NOC and permit applications and coordinate with building management, developers and authorities.
Do your team speak German?
Yes. Our design and engineering leadership is German, and we work in English and German.
What is included in a turnkey renovation?
A turnkey renovation covers the whole project under one contract: property survey, design and 3D visuals, authority approvals, demolition, MEP, custom joinery, finishes, furnishing, quality inspections and handover. You deal with 1 accountable team instead of 5 separate trades.
How does a Heritage Turnkey project work?
Every project follows 5 phases with fixed sign-off points: consultation and brief, layout and planning, construction and fit-out, bespoke joinery and details, and quality assurance and handover. During construction you receive weekly progress reports.
How much does a renovation cost?
The cost depends on scope, property size and finishes, so every project is priced individually. After a free site visit you receive an itemised quotation, and we recommend holding a contingency of 10–15% for issues that only appear once walls are opened.
Do you work with property investors?
Yes. Selected investor apartments have achieved annualised returns above 15%, and investor renovations are typically planned in 8–14 weeks with a fixed timeline. Past results are not a guarantee of future returns.
